The Robot Coupe R2N CLR food processor’s motor shaft is made of stainless steel—resilient, simple-to-clean metal that resists rust and corrosion. It features a polycarbonate bowl that’s durable and break resistant; the bowl is transparent for unobstructed visibility. This unit features a vegetable prep attachment with a kidney-shaped opening and external ejection. To cut and blend a variety of products, the Robot Coupe R2N CLR food processor includes an “S” blade, a 2-millimeter grating disc, and a 4-millimeter slicing disc. It operates at a rate of 1,725 RPM and features a direct-drive induction motor for lasting performance. For increased precision, it also features a pulse function.
