NCAA Unisex-Adult Kitchen Knives

CHOP WITH COMFORT with Legend Cookware’s all-purpose Chef’s Knife! The contoured handle makes it easy and very comfortable to hold for big jobs, like chopping lettuce and slicing the best tomatoes for a potluck salad. The rounded edge on the spine of the blade makes it comfortable for two-handed precise use, like slicing onions paper-thin for burgers. The 22°+-2° sharpening angle makes mincing garlic and herbs easier than ever!
RAZOR SHARP EDGE makes precise cuts, making vegetable prepping a breeze. It also makes the knife safer to use–a dull blade requires more strength, reducing the control of your cuts and increasing the chance of slipping. Well-sharpened knives slice when and where you want, decreasing the chances of cutting you. A well-honed blade also means that when the knife is in use it’ll be easier on your wrist and hand muscles.
FULL TANG CONSTRUCTION for superior high quality, durability, strength and professional feel. The molded handle is pinned to only the sides, creating a stable grip and a more balanced blade. With its hidden rivets construction, the knife has a very solid feel and also makes for a visually skeel and modern knife. Not only does this increase your cutting and slicing precision, but also makes it safer to use. As with all sharp objects, keep stored out of the way from children, specifically little kids, and toddlers.

The core of the 7.9-inch (200mm) KAN Core chef knife is Japanese special steel VG-10. The special makeup of VG-10 allows for a high hardness (59-60 HRC) without becoming brittle. This means our blade can take a very sharp edge and retain it for a long time, yet it also avoids chipping easily.
This core is clad by 66 layers of Damascus stainless steel, giving it strength, corrosion resistance, as well as a beautiful, one-of-a-kind pattern.
We balanced our knives right at the pinch point, so you intuitively use a blade grip (much safer, and much better control).
